What is Entekka?
Entekka is a shared operating workspace for football agencies. Keep your team’s records, decisions and follow-ups together, so everyone knows what needs doing and who owns the next action.
Link to this answerWho is Entekka built for?
Entekka is built for football agencies. Agents, scouts, legal and finance collaborators, operations teams and agency leaders can work from shared records while keeping responsibilities clear.
Link to this answerWhich workflows are available during private beta?
During private beta, Entekka is testing player and club records, transfers, requests, reminders, documents, legal work, finance context and follow-ups. The modules and configuration available to an agency are confirmed during rollout, so not every beta workspace will include every work area.
Link to this answerAre the public product screens the live app?
The public pages combine excerpts of the real product interface with illustrative workflow examples. Both use fictional records, and neither is a live agency workspace. Captions identify the examples; the workflows available to your agency are confirmed during private-beta rollout.

Access, setup and bringing your existing records with you.
How do agencies get access?
Agencies can request a demo to explore their priorities. Access is arranged through a guided rollout. Entekka confirms the first workflow, participants and data boundaries before production use begins.
Link to this answerWhat does setup involve?
Setup depends on your first workflow, existing records and access needs. We agree the scope and owner with your agency, then configure and review the workspace together. See the preparation steps on the onboarding page.
Link to this answerCan we bring our existing data?
Yes, representative records can be reviewed and mapped during rollout. The available path depends on source format, data quality, sensitivity and the agreed first workflow; Entekka does not currently promise a universal self-service importer.
Link to this answerHow are integrations handled?
Connections are confirmed with your agency during setup, including any manual preparation needed. Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Slack and scouting-platform sync are not promised as standard integrations; confirm your requirements before relying on them.

Your agency’s privacy, data rights and control over assisted workflows.
Are private agency records shared with other agencies?
No. Private requests and records stay within your agency’s workspace. Community requests are a separate, intentional way to share, with visibility explained before your agency uses that workflow.
Link to this answerHow is our workspace protected?
Sign-in and membership checks control access to your agency’s workspace. Server-side checks protect requests for agency data, and service credentials stay on the server. Read the controls and boundaries on the security page; Entekka does not claim a SOC 2 or ISO certification it has not obtained.
Link to this answerWho owns our data, and can we export or delete it?
The agency retains its rights in the information it provides. Export, return, retention and deletion arrangements are confirmed in the rollout agreement and the Data Processing Agreement, with the current general position described in the Privacy Notice.
Link to this answerHow is AI used?
AI can help research club opportunities and review incoming contracts, with human review required. Availability, providers and data boundaries are documented before production use. AI does not replace legal, medical, regulatory or other professional judgment.

Plans, billing, help along the way and what happens if you leave.
How does pricing work?
Starter and Pro are priced per named workspace user with monthly or annual billing, while Enterprise scope is priced separately. Current public amounts and the annual option are shown in pricing, and final commercial terms are confirmed before a paid rollout begins.
Link to this answerWhat support is included?
Starter includes email support, Pro includes priority support, and Enterprise support terms are confirmed commercially. Entekka does not promise a response time or service level unless it appears in a signed agreement.
Link to this answerWhat happens if an agency stops using Entekka?
Account closure, data return or export, retention and deletion are handled under the signed rollout agreement and Data Processing Agreement. The exact process is confirmed for the agency's configuration before production use.
